结论
IPVIE伴发PE是极为罕见的病例，单纯房间隔缺损并不明显增加IE风险，但心房水平左向右分流引起的肺动脉瓣关闭不全是导致IPVIE的主要诱因，这在房间隔缺损患者中应引起重视。RIE患者是化脓性PE的高危人群，规范使用抗生素是最重要的治疗手段，是否需要早期外科干预有待进一步研究。
